CL Slideshow - A Java™ Image Viewer

by Christopher Lewis

The project "CL Slideshow" was started in the beginning of 2002, just to practice programming in Java™. My motivation was the loads of Laetitia Casta images on my computer; I wanted a quick and easy way of watching them one after the other, in normal or random order. Of course, there are a lot of image viewing programs available already, but most of them are slow, have too many or too few functions, are not freeware and/or are difficult to use.

So I started to build my own image viewer; I chose to do it in Java™, since I wanted the application to be cross-platform as much as possible. Moreover, I wanted to get to know all about GUI programming in Java™.
CL Slideshow is just a hobby, I work on it whenever I got time; you shouldn't count too much on it. Furthermore, I explicitly warn everybody using CL Slideshow: I am not responsible for any abuse occuring using it; in fact, there is little that can happen...

So be free to download and use CL Slideshow, and I am looking forward to any comments from you!
